Aba first business mall ready for opening, says developer

The developer of the Enyimba Mall Outlet Shops, Aba, Abia State, Mr. Chiedozie Njoku, said that the project will soon be officially commissioned, adding that unofficially the mall is open and running.

The developer who thanked the Abia State government for the major role it played towards the realization of the mall, however, explained that his company, Check-Best International fully funded the multi-million naira mall.


Njoku disclosed this while unveiling the Mega products and fashion Expo of the Enyimba Mall Outlet Shops, at the Aba Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (ACCIMA).


He commended the state government for providing a conducive environment and fixing the Etche Road, one of the main entrances into the Mall. Describing the mall as a “one-stop-shop and best shopping complex” in the South-East, Njoku explained that the mall sits on a total area of 32, 700 square metres.


He added that the rentable shops at the mall sit on a land space of 12,000 square metres while the mall also has a provision for a multi-car park system, gas turbine, food court, car park, banks, recreational centre and standby solar power supply.


“Enyimba Mall is 100 per cent wholly owned and funded by Check-Best International.


It is the brainchild of Check-Best International and has facilities like a gas turbine, food court, 12,000 rentable shops, banks, etc. It is a place that has no rival in the South East
