31,000 Jostle For 2,000 Teaching Jobs In Ondo

At least 31,000 applicants will be jostling for the 2,000 teaching jobs for primary school teachers at the Ondo State Universal Education Board (SUBEB).

To get the best of the applicants, the state SUBEB would be conducting a Computer-Based Test (CBT) for the applicants across the state. SUBEB Director of Information and Public Relations, Prince Bolu Diesel Ajijo, said the test is in line with the state government’s commitment to recruiting highly skilled professionals into the state teaching services. Ajijo, in a statement, said the computer-based-test would take place on Tuesday, May 14 from 8am to 6pm.

The statement reads in part; “To ensure a smooth exercise, applicants will receive information through SMS detailing how to log in to the portal, a few hours before the commencement of the examination. “It is instructive to note that two portals will be opened for the exercise; one each for NCE and degree holders. Each applicant is to answer 25 questions in 10 minutes.”
