Nigerian music icon, Innocent Idibia, better known as 2Face or 2Baba has shared his thoughts on the attempted assassination of former United States (US) President, Donald Trump.

New Telegraph had earlier reported that two people died and Trump was rushed off stage after gunshots were fired at him during his presidential campaign rally in Pennsylvania. The FBI identified 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks as the suspect.

Reacting to the development, 2Baba took to his Instagram story to speculate that the viral assassination attempt was merely staged, noting that he would be utterly shocked if it weren’t.

He said: “ Jessie smallet dey learn I go shock if I wrong but this shit na pure package. All Black everything. Hollywood dey learn.”
